Please find hereafter our online-reservation system. It allows you to quote your stay and if wanted, to do a firm booking with secure card payment. There are no additional fees !

Choose your dates, the number of people and verify availability.

You will receive the best price and the best conditions in return if available. The system also proposes alternative dates.

Choose your preferred accommodation and allow the instructions. Whenever you are blocked, don't hesitate to send us a message  

The City tax will be added to you final bill as follows :

  • 0,80€ / night and adult - Bed&Breakfast, 
  • 1,20€ / night and adult -  gite Douceur Angevine, 
  • 1,84€ /night and adult -  gite Belle Etoile

General Terms and conditions for             our Bed & Breakfast

  • A reservation needs to be secured with a deposit of 30% of the total booking.
  • The balance is due at your departure in cash (city tax) or card
  • Arrival is expected between 5-7 p.m., departure before 11 a.m.
  • All our guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. Nevertheless you can smoke outside with respect to the other guests.
  • Homemade breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:30.
  • Unfortunately we can not accept pets in our guest rooms. 
  • We offer free and secured parking
  • All rooms provide access to free Wifi
  • Bicycles and their equipment are parked in our closed stable
  • Due to the architectural design of the house, it might be difficult for persons with motor disabilities to access the bed an breakfast

  • Cancellation :
    Up to 10 days prior to arrival : 30% of total amount (= deposit),
    2-9 days prior to arrival : 50% of total amount,
    0-1 day prior to arrival : 100% of total amount are due
    Force majeure : credit note valid 18 month, postponement of your reservation

General Terms & Conditions for                 our Gites

  • Your reservation will be confirmed after payment of 30 % of the total rental amount,
  • The balance will be due 1 month before your arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash.
  • Your Arrival is expected between 4-7 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.
  • Our holiday rentals are non-smoking houses. Nevertheless you can smoke outside the house with respect to the environment
  • Beds will be prepared at your arrival
  • The wood for the fireplace is "homemade" and offered.
  • A baby cot & a high chair are available upon reservation.
  • A damage deposit of 300 € will be necessary at your arrival.
  • We charge 70€ for cleaning and laundry in order to guarantee the same level of property to all our guests.
  • Due to the architectural design of the houses, it might be difficult for persons with motor disabilities to access gites.
  • Pets can not be allowed in our gites.

  • Both houses provide access to free Wifi
  • Cancellation :
